It’s £700 ($1,100+) extra for the EF-S 15-85mm f/3.5-5.6 lens. That’s more than the price of an EF-S 17-55 f/2.8 and nearly three times the price of an EF-S 17-85mm!

Wow, the UK is DEFINITELY paying top-dollar to get first dibs on the 7D. I’ll just wait patiently (well, as patiently as I can anyway) for my Amazon.com pre-order to come thru.
