I've added the Rebel T1i to the Price Watch page. Some sites don't yet have body only pricing up, I'll add them when the pricing pages become available.

A lens price watch is coming, I'm just figuring out how to organize it so it loads quickly. It should be up for next week

  • Wake me up when the new 300 f/2.8L IS II arrives, oh and the 24-70 f/2.8L IS II. Perhaps a 200-400 f/4L IS and a 150 f/2L IS Macro. Come on Canon, let’s spice things up!

  • Organize the lenses in these categories

    EF-S
    – zoom
    – prime

    EF
    – zoom
    – prime

    L
    – zoom
    – prime

    or focal length

    wide
    standard
    telephoto
    super telephoto
    macro
    tilt-shift

my preference is per lens line. is it possible you also have a price history as well?

  • Let the L-people have their own category so they don’t feel emasculated. ;Þ

  • Well I use L lenses and I’m happy that they’re EF mounts.

Having said that, I do have a biggun.

  • Hi CanonRumours,

Thank you for maintaining such a great site. I noticed there’s no EU vendors on the Price Watch page. It could be of benefit to both your site and your users to include some of the major vendors such as amazon.co.uk, jessops, warehouseexpress, cameraworld.co.uk, calumetphoto.co.uk etc. Thanks & Regards.

  • The distinction is there so time is not wasted on irrelevant data. Interpret it as you will but with the sheer number of EOS lenses I just want a filtered view on equipment I care about.

If I was on a budget I wouldnt want to waste my time on looking at a list of items I could never hope purchase in my lifetime. So it works both ways Unpretentious.
