7D mark II still focus issues?

The only focus problem i've ever encountered with my 7d2 is misfocus beyond 3 meter (by number from lens distance window) with my 17-55 f/2.8 at 17mm. After i updated my 7d2 firmware to 1.0.5, it works flawlessly.

Thanks K-amps. The rig is 60D and 10-22mm handheld. I rotate the camera by the lens axis and hold the zoom ring so it doesn't rotate along with the camera. Learned this this trick from Bryan Peterson's book Understanding Shutter Speed.

Buying 2nd hand 70D, what to check?

I don't mind :). Btw where did you live in indonesia? I'm from North Sumatra. Better eliminate it :). assuming 1 usd = 12300 idr, i think you better don't buy it. It's too cheap to be true for 2nd hand 70d in Indonesia. It's look like fraud or broken camera.

Approximately 12 to 14 centimetre. I never see a Kingbird or American Robin but i think Kingbird is bigger than Prinia. :)
