To you, maybe. For others, it's a useful small line-up that can supplement the RF line. I have both, for different purposes.

I had Minolta, then Mamiya and then Olympus systems until I realised that only Canon had (a) good products and (b) a long-term future. That realisation must have saved me quite a lot of money over the years.

I shoot a lot of street using the tilting screen on my M5. I'm praying that they don't switch to an articulated one on the Mark 2.

My wife's off to Canada in September for her first holiday without me in 48 years. A MkIII would be ideal for her to record her memories. Come on, Canon!
