How to match Picture Style "Fine Detail" My on EOS 7DII

If it is only sharpness you are thinking about, then if you put your raw image into DPP and open the tools palette. On the 'Perform basic image adjustment' tab when you change the picture style settings you will see the sharpness settings change. You could put those into a custom picture style in camera and start from there. But bear in mind that the two cameras may need subtly different workflows.

Picture style editor enables you to create picture styles and import them into the camera. So you could mess around with a 7D2 image until it gives what you want and import that to the camera as a custom profile.

I am mainly looking for ooc jpeg sharpness not the standard bluryness, the detail sucks.

The camera profile you set in camera dictates the ooc jpeg, so you can either modify the in-camera camera style for greater sharpness or create a new one from scratch and select it when you shoot jpeg.

All three camera jpegs need to match.

As I say, create your own picture style and import it to the 7D2.
From your second and third posts I am not sure if you realise what I am saying because you are restating your OP in different ways.
If you do realise what I am saying please be more clear on what your problem is.
