Can I use EOS Utility 3 to find my shutter actuation count?

I'm trying to get the shutter actuation count on my 7DII. I read that you can get it using EOS Utility by looking under the Camera Settings tab. But I don't see that on the menu. All options I see are Firmware Update, Date/Time/Zone setting, Register lens correction data, Register Picture Style file, and Owners Name/Copyright.

I checked the latest version and apparently it is no longer part of the EOS utility. You can use an app like shuttercount on your smartphone, or upload a jpg file to one of the websites that extracts the shuttercount from the picture (Google canon shuttercount).

Which camera do you need it for? Exiftool supports reading the shutter count from EXIF for the R6 and R5, which would avoid the need for uploading images to some random website.
Does it spit the readings into MS, EFCS and ES? That's important, because ES doesn't really count towards shutter life.

Some cameras, e.g. 1-series cameras and the R3, display the shutter count right in the camera menus, under System Status Display. This is from my R1.

The camera only counts manual/EFCS actuations, not ES actuations – my R3 also shows ≤1000 since I use it exclusively in electronic shutter. My R8 does not have this menu option, not sure about 5-series bodies but it may be a feature reserved for the top shelf cameras.
