1Dx vs. 1D mk IV vs. 7d

Yes, Im very interested in your results with the 7D vs the 1d4 as I see that as the step up (not the 5d3 at all). Also because I have my eye on the 1d4 prices to see if they drop when the 1dx finally appears. I cant afford a 1dx, but maybe, just maybe I could pick up a second body in the form of a 1d4.

Not a fair fight (the 1d is shot at iso 6400 vs 3200 for the 7d) but this gives a real life comparison with the same type of shot. Both processed with ACR. The noise quality is 'less and different' with the 1d, but both hold up to printing at 16x20 well.
