35mm upgrade. worth it?

I'm thinking f selling the 35mm f2 and buy the 1.4
Do you think I will notice the 1000€ in the quality of the pictures?
Has anyone made this move?

I've never used the 35/2, but the 35/1.4 is a fantastic lens. It delivers better IQ than the 50/1.4 especially wide open. Is it worth the additional cost? That will depend on you. If you are also looking at lenses to expand your focal length range, I'd suggest doing that first (assuming that the 50 f/1.4 is sufficient for your low light needs).

I've never regretted buying mine, its right up there with my 135mm L as a favorite.

Depends if you feel limited by f/2.0 or not.

When I am in an extreme low light situation, I will usually choose the 35mm f/1.4 over my 50mm as the 35mm can be handheld down to 1/30th of a second.

If it was an f/2.0 I'd probably choose the 50mm f/1.4. That makes the 1.4 worth it to me.

I doubt you'll notice much difference sharpness wise, but low light and shallow depth of field - definitely.

It depends. The 35mm f/2 is a really good lens, if you can live with its quirks. The 35L does not have any of those quirks -- it is similar in many ways (AF performance, bokeh, build quality, handling) to the 135L that you own. Besides the quirky AF and aperture, the 35 f/2 is a very good lens. In its favor are its small size and short MFD.

If you don't have a good flash yet, I'd recommend that over upgrading the 35.

This is my exact kit, 35L, Sigma 50 1.4 and 135L and I LOVE IT. Eventually I might buy the 85 but for now I really don't have a need for it. You won't regret the 35L.

85mm f1.8 is also a possibility
