Hi All,
This may be a stupid question.
I was trying to work out from the manual if I can set a Custom setting on the dial to have a minimum shutter speed the camera can't go below.
My general problem is that I don't seem to be as steady with a camera as I once was.
If I am using a 16-35mm and I'm not keeping an eye on shutter speed in AV mode it will go quite slow at times with a small aperture.
I'd like to set up an Av mode in the camera whereby the shutter speed doesn't drop below say 1/100 of a second, the aperture alone is being adjusted but the ISO can go as high as it likes.

Is this possible?

(I know I can do this by going to manual (which I often do) but some times I just want to concentrate on one thing at a time)

In the menu, go to the second red camera page, select "ISO speed settings" and modify the "Min. shutter spd." option as desired.

One of the options is 1/125, which is close to the 1/100 you specified.

Update:

The setting is on page 130 in the 5D III manual:
