5D MKIV SD Card best choice?

An odd question seeing as I don't even have a MKIV yet but I need to buy a couple of large capacity SD cards for my Panasonic video cameras but looking forward to the near future I think it would be a good idea to be able to use them in the 5D4 I plan to get so...what are the best SD cards for optimum performance in the MKIV?

Also I seem to remember reading somewhere that by putting a particular type of SD card in the 5D4 it can actually slow down the transfer speed? I can't remember where I saw this so maybe a sanity check from someone might be in order.

Long question made short; what SD Card would perform best in the 5D4?

Since 5d Mark iv is not compatible with UHS-II, you can extract the best possible performance from "SDXC UHS-I U3" cards, which have their speed nomenclature updated to "V30".

I am not native speaking English so to me this is gibberish.

And yes the SD naming is getting more and more confusing by trying to make it easier.
