I have a 200mm 1.8 use and what to incorporate CA, light falloff etc correction data the camera can fix this before it arrives at my work station.

How would I go about doing this?

I presume that you are wanting to modify the camera firmware used for jpeg images, since it does not do any of that stuff for raws. I have not heard of anyone being able to modify the firmware to add lens data, but it may be possible.

Adobe Lightroom can be setup to apply a correction as the file is imported, and supplies tools for a lens owner to make their own files when they don't like any pre-made ones. Thats about the best I can think of.

What camera do you have? But the lens is likely too old to have any official correction data available. If it is not in the "EOS Lens Registration Tool" (or your camera is not supported by it) you are out of luck.
You will be limited to apply corrections in post when you shoot raw.

The Canon Lens Registration Tool does not support that lens. Your only option is to apply a lens profile on the raw file as part of your post processing.
