Thanks Alan! I just want to know everything about the wildlife (ha, ha - impossible but I'm really trying!). One needs several (at least!) more lives to get any closer to the point!

That's what I also and always love at these fora forae.

It's not just about gear (-heads) and spec lists.
It's also sharing knowledge about technique, nature, flora, fauna and everything else.

Forgive me, I am going to be a grammar pedant - forums is far preferred in English for the plural but if you really want a Latin plural, fora.

No excuses, Alan. Thanks for correcting me. It seems that my intermediate Latin certificate is too far in the past.
Forum is neutral, so fora is the correct plural nominative. I'm getting old

But perhaps I have already declined it further because of the sentence structure...?

I read 'forae' and translated it to 'forumses', pronounced with a movie Gollum accent. In the same vein: data and visa are both plural, the visa one really hurts my eyes, but I have to repeat "Do not correct the grammar of the people who can deny you entry to your destination country" in my head

I always use data as a plural (data are not data is). But, I hadn't thought about visa, I must admit. So much to be learned in CR...

Broad-Necked Root Borer, GIANT beetle must be 2-3" long
Birch aphid?
Some kind of Sphinx moth?
