camera bag hint please - 1d body plus 200 f2 with extender 2.0

Anyone has a hint what bag i could purchase that would carry the combo in the subject line ?
THis must not store a laptop or any other items but should be large enough to have the body and 200 2.0 plus extender fully attached (ready to use). I need it to protectbthe combo but also to allow to quickly take out and store back this combo. easy to carry (shoulder strip or backpack type)
I normally use my b&w case for the 1dx plus 200 but together with the extender mounted it does not fit in any more.

It's fun to see a 1d body + 200/2 question in the PowerShot section This is what I use https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001AXN84G/, with the 2x extender it may be a slightly tight fit, so the next size (LL400) may work better.

Take a look at Knesis. Probably a L321, that's what I had when I was using the EF200 f/1.8.
