Canon 1DX II Underwater housing

Hi All

If the current rumours are correct the body will be the same size just 4mm taller on the top - im just wondering would the 1DX II still fit in current underwater housing or would it require a new mould? Im asking as I want to upgrade to 1DX II but there are some great second hand deals on underwater housing for 1DX now and wonder if they will fit it. Im looking at Aquatech so if anyone owns one and has a chance to see how much internal space there would be I would greatly appreciate it

I, too, would be interested in an underwater housing. I've been committed to the 1D series for more than ten years. I'm currently using the Mark III versions of the 1DS and 1D, as well as as a 1DX for high ISO situations. I'd love to get a something that would let me exploit their capabilities underwater.
In the past month I was out on the Great Barrier Reef and used a G1X (1.5 inch sensor, mind you) in a dedicated WP-DC44 housing and was very unimpressed with the results.
I'd likely jump at the opportunity to get the housing for the 1DX, so long as it would fit the 1DX II.

Just make sure the rubber flaps are closed and you should be good.
