Canon 5D Mark III availability

What is the current shipping delay for the Canon 5D3 from B&H, Adorama, and Amazon? Is it days, weeks , or months after ordering? Many thanks.

Adoeama has it on stock since last night.

It seems to only be available in the KIT right now. Adorama and Sammy's both told me yesterday that they have not seen the body only yet.

Several brack and mortal store are also starting to have some stock. You should check with your local store. I think there is probably more pre-order at BH and Adorama and the likes compared to your local store, but they still get their allocation of unit (all beit smaller).

I agree with JR. Got mine at a local store long before my pre-order would have gotten here. Plus at least B&H and Adorama are closed for the Passover holidays so when they reopen they'll still be filling the orders that came in while they were closed and any leftover pre-orders. Good luck. It is good indeed! I am relooking at some of the shots I took with the mkIII this week-end (had one for a few days) and while I decided to get the 1DX, it is very hard to resist getting the mkIII anyway as a second body. The economics of it are killing me but I may not be able to resist! Heck, they will last at least another 4 years!

Mmmm, what to do!
