Just FYI, R3 can fire a flash with full electronic shutter.
But, the R10, R7, R6, R6 II and R5 (as well as RP and R) can't do this? There's that CrippleHammer™ again...that said, the closest competitor to the R6 II (A7 IV) cannot shoot with flash in electronic shutter mode either. This basic functionality is irksome.

Is that the same 'cripple hammer' that was applied to the RF 600mm f/11? Canon should have just made it f/4, right?

The reason the R3 can use flash with full electronic shutter is because of the fast readout speed enabled by the use of a stacked sensor. In case you didn't know it, the R3 is the only Canon camera so far to use a stacked sensor. They're not cheap, any more than the ~150mm front element and corresponding glass behind it needed for the 600/4 are cheap. Your lack of technical knowledge and your pathetic attempts at trolling are what's irksome, here.

Obviously not. Duh. f11 is pretty restrictive in the field - unless you're out on a sunny day, in bright, direct sunlight, you're gonna be sky rocket high with the ISO.

Well, duh. Canon seems to have a severe averse reaction to BSI and stacked sensors. I mean, Sony can offer a BSI sensor in the A7 IV for ~ AUF $1400 cheaper than the R6/R6 II. Why can't Canon do this?

Oh, look, another personal attack.

Lol. We’re discussing readout speeds needed to use flash with electronic shutter and you bring BSI into the discussion, a feature that has no effect on readout speed.

Well, thanks for confirming my point about your lack of technical knowledge before you stormed off in a puerile huff. :ROFLMAO:
