Everything has Wi-fi these days and I'm sure most major brands have it in their cameras as well. I can't see this company winning against Canon.

Patent trolls. The patents themselves are probably junk (flunking either the "novelty" or "obviousness" test, or both). But the way these company's work is they go after little guys to build up some cash from settlements so that they then have money to engage the bigger fish.
