check the shutter number count - canon 2000d T7

Hello :)

i would like to know how i can check the shutter count number on that camera ?

i have tried with "CanonEosDigitalInfo_v1.4_SDK_v2.14" and don't work, with FreeShutterCount and don't work and even with gPhoto2 on ubuntu but don't work.

i have tried to use that website: https://www.camerashuttercount.com/ but still don't work because say that in the exif is not indicated !

how i can do that ?

Hey!
Yeah, sadly the 2000D/T7 doesn’t store the shutter count in the EXIF, so most tools won’t work.
I had the same issue and ended up checking it through a Canon service center – only reliable way I found.
Wish Canon made this info easier to access like some other brands do!
