Hey Guys.

Currently using the 7d and I am very close to making the leap to full frame. Somehow 90% of my work now is video based so FF is the way to go for me.

When I switch to FF I will however also have to sell 2 of my lenses as well, the Samyang 8mm fisheye and the Tokina 11 - 16mm. These are no good for FF lenses.

Can anyone recommend some lenese that would replace these? I would need a good wide angle, not so bothered about fisheye so much.
Am slightly on a budget as well so top glass will be out of my price range.

Many thanks in advance for your suggestions!

Perfect! Thankyou for that! I see now that the Samyang do a 14mm fisheye which would replace the 8mm on crop sensor perfectly and I hear good things about the Samyang 35mm 1.4 which would be rather wide on a FF. There is a very tasty Canon 16 - 35 lens but the price is a bit high for me.

Why not consider the 8-15mm canon fisheye? it has a limiter built in and does a very nice job and is L quality. I had the Tokina 10mm-16mm and thought colors were not very accurate up close and in daylight so I sold it. I've been quite happy with this fisheye zoom since replacing the Tokina you'll also get the full 360 circle fisheye on a FF at 8mm

PS your 11-16mm is really 17.6 to 25.6 on a crop not sure if you realize this. I would also consider the 16-35 USM L II Canon to replace the Tokina which will offer more of a UWA then the Tokina on a full frame. It has an 82mm outer ring for add on filters which at 82mm can be expensive but this lens is well worth it and fast at 2.8. I too added from a 7D to a 5D Markiii and sold all my EF-S type mount lenses for L glass.
