G16 or ?

I handled a few of the leaders today for a few seconds each and found the G16 to be the most readily intuitive. That might point to seeing what the G17 entails, but do some of you like the G16 over any of the others (like the RX100, X20, etc.)?
I'm on the search for the "ultimate" compact for travel/street.

i just went with the eos m
its a great little camera and can be had for a bargain these days
