Here are the Full Canon EOS R6 V Specifications

I’m more interested in the other two cameras being teased… is one going to be the long-overdue G3X replacement - please!! (Or are the other two bodies pre-existing?)

Looks like the silhouette of the V10, V1, R50V and R6V to me. I guess Canon wants to showcase that these are its content creator family of cameras. There is a substantial gap in price and capabilities between the R6V and all these other cameras. (The V1 is absolutely a pleasure to use and own and I highly recommend it to anyone as an ultrawide lens or “dad cam”)

The latter is my guess.

Most likely only the one on the right is new, the R6 V. That’s why its tally light is on.

The other three are PowerShot V10, Powershot V1 and the R50 V.

Well that's disappointing if there is only one new model. Putting my optimistic cap on, why should those other three be in shade if they are pre-existing models?

Yea, those are the other V cameras: V10, V1, R50V and then the R6V. So definitely not 4 cameras coming, just the tally light camera that is part of the V family.

Still hoping for some type of timecode (USB-C port?) and a surprising feature or two, but probably just the R6III with no EVF and the body of the C50 - which sounds pretty darn great to me.

Btw, don’t understand why is the camera promoted only on Canon USA and on other Canon websites, social media there is nothing about it

So, is it true that the R6 V can only shoot 10-bit RAW video?

If R6 V can't shoot 12-bit RAW video, despite prioritizing video over still images, then it's clearly inferior to the R6 III and has no value as a video camera, for me.

I just looked at the R6-3 user manual and didn't see 12 bit anywhere. How is the R6v clearly inferior to the R6-3?
