Here is my first adventure into filming. All shot with the 5d Mk III and 24-70 2.8 except the fisheye shot. Edited with FCPX. I know a few of the clips are kind of out of sync with the audio but, its my first go 'round!

So not my thing... but I digress.

production wise theres some good stuff in there, maybe look towards getting some lighting in, a variety of backgrounds. I also kind of felt the two backing guys were almost superflous in a lot of it. Maybe a more involving concept.

Was this a serious video or were these kids just making fun of rappers? I can't tell. Your shots look pretty good, few of them look out of focus but it's not easy with these things. I think a little more concept could have gone a long ways, there are billions of rap videos with people smoking blunts with big rims and flashing gang signs at the camera, put some kind of story in there.

The c100/300/500 handle like a camcorder, have a more video orientated interface, decent audio inputs and options, sdi interface.
