How much for a USED 550d (or 600d)?

How much would you give for a used 550d (or 600d) in good condition (fully operational, possibly with some cosmetic wear)?
I'm worried that my 400d will need a repair soon. You see I have passed 100.000 actuations and I get some random error 99 messages.
I believe that it's better to buy a new camera, rather than give 100-150 euros to repair my XTi.

I wish I could afford a 650d (love the touchscreen and burst rate) but it costs way too much for me now (750€ in Greece).
So I've gotta settle with something cheaper unless my XTi can make it till Easter 2013...

I am seeing prices for used around $400 to $475 in the US. Sounds like your expected price range is about right.

I sold my barely used Canon 550D (about 2500 shuttercount). It was in excellent condition and still got 12 months guarantee.

I sold it to a camerashop who was offering it to customers for 349 euro
A new 550D - at least in the Netherlands - is around 449 euro

So, 550D no more than 350 euro

I sold my 550D fresh back from Canon's cleaning for $549 USD with under 3000 shutter count on Ebay. Body only and battery/charger etc.

I would be careful of buying used cameras on ebay... except from a dealer with an actual location listed.

A mint condition SLR with only 300 actuations could easily be 10'300, 20'300, 30'300, 40'300, 50'300, etc, especially if its been used for timelapse...
