I have a 5D3 what are +'s & -'s of 1DsIII

I have a 5D3 and have a chance of picking up a used 1DsIII at a good price.
My question is what would be the comparative advantages/disadvantages of the 1DsIII relative to my 5D3 that I have now?

I would especially appreciate answers from people who have both of these bodies.

Advantages of 1DsIII: better build, better weather sealing, integrated grip (if you like grips), dual CF slots, better viewfinder, f/8 AF (advantage goes away in April 2013)

Disadvantages of 1DsIII: much lower max ISO, AF system not quite as good (but very close), rear LCD not as good, no video

If you need a FF camera that's built like a tank, the 1DsIII is the way to go. Else, the 5DIII is probably the better choice.

Just a small correction to neuro's post, the 1DS MkIII takes one CF card and one SD card, just the same as the 5D MkIII.
