Good with mine, as well. Prefer the smaller size, and I only used TCs with my EF 70-200/2.8 II a couple of times. If I need more reach, I have other options especially the 100-300/2.8.

AI is too goofy and random. You would have to use photoshop with the AI for the text. It would probably be easier to just photoshop text on an existing lens at this point.

Even if they were going to add one (which I am not sure they ever will), the Z lenses are intended as much for video as for stills, and Arca Swiss is not the default standard for fluid heads.What is Canon's problem with Arca Swiss mounts?

There are even different sizes of the Arca Swiss dovetail.
I always preferred a third party foot taking the abuse.

I kind of want it but the other one is already pretty good and compact. I'd rather see another 2.0 zoom. Are their any benefits to this lens (besides internal zooming,servo,iris) or there any issues with the other 70-200 that this wouldn't have?

The one from iShoot, I’ve only encountered it in black. But it’s €60, so I’m not going to be picky about the colour
I already have their version for the RF100L, that works great after reversing the foot.
You linked to the smallrig dream rig thing, this is something that people could design: replacement collars and feet. The feet especially are low hanging fruit.
