The aspens going down 395 along the Walker River are really pretty in the fall. Also in Hope Valley.

The walk to the top is fun. 2,000 ft in 2 miles with considerable altitude involved. Haven't done that for quite a few years.

There was still water in the creek. So cool when the creek is dry and the waterfall just happens right off the cliff. If you go upstream a bit, the creek just happens out of nowhere, too. Lava flows are cool.
