Here's the Northern Harrier I posted a portrait of last night. A video clip attached, as well.
Yesterday was a pretty good day. In addition to this guy, I got a Bald Eagle and a Golden Eagle! However, they were just blue sky pics, not quite as visually appealing as these Harrier shots.
Beautiful bird and love having the landscapes behind it.

Really nice!
I'm yet to see one in the wild, but here are the results of the ones living nearby:

This is what we in Germany call a "Biberrutsche", directly translated: beaver slide.
It was 2m long and almost 1m deep. Never seen such a big one before:

I had no intention of photographing this Bobcat, and was actually taken by surprise, as it's the first time seeing one of these in my area.
My settings were all dialed-in for birds-in-flight (and it was dark), so this was grossly underexposed.
However, thought I'd post just for the heck of it. Now I will have something new to try and photograph seriously. :)
