SImply amazing . . . it makes all the DR and ISO arguments fade to black, and makes te photographer re-emerge as the sole entity governing the good and bad of any camera system we now are graced with. . . .

I can;t wait to get my hands on the 1Dx. . . . just imaginie the freedom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, the one with the vertical liquor store sign - even at 12800 you can pick out orion in the sky and there's still a bit of detail in the lit windows. I'm struggling to see what more range you really need, though I understand the technical pursuit for low sensor read noise.
