Looks like all aps-c plus the rp?
Some people scoff at the stm primes, but I have both the EF 14mm f2.8L ii and the Rf16mm f2.8 stm. The Rf has similar, if not better optical qualities, is much cheaper (even if you bough the EF used), it weighs a lot less, you can use a screw on front filter, auto focus is better.
I haven't tried any of the telephotos, but read good things here about them.
So, someone just starting out or on a budget can get the focal lengths they want for under 2,000 € and be reasonably happy. Saving 100€ should entice some people.

Yes! 100€ doesn't sound that much. But when you think that the maximum cashback was 300€ in the latest promotions, and that was for expensive FF and L gear than i think it's fair. Some web stores have additional discounts from the list price.
So as you said for someone starting or switching to the R system it'll be nice to save e.g. 100 € on an R50+RF24-240. or 75€ if combined with the RF100-400.
And as this lasts until the Christmas time you can wait for the winter promo as well as all the black Friday, cyber Monday and other deals to add on.
