ONLY INSECTS IN FLIGHT -- share your IIF photos here

The above was taken with the R7 + RF 100mm f/2.8 L.
I read a bit about it before I started :)
I shot everything in M mode, shutter speeds 1/3200 - 1/4000, aperture 7.1
(The weather was bad today, not very suitable..)

Right from the start I had a problem with the first pictures being sharp, the next ones not.
What worked for me:
Drive mode H
shutter mode mechanical
Af operation Servo
Af area AF+
subject traking on
subject to detect none
eye detection disable
switching tracked subjects 0
servo af 4
tracking sensitivity-2
accel/decel tracking +2

lens:
5-infinity
af
stabilizer on
Any tips and experiences on what to set up to make it work better? :)

IIF day two, I reduced the time to 2500, I tried to keep the aperture according to the light at a reasonable ISO so from 3-6, even the sun came out for a moment. I am happy with the settings, I shoot bursts and the AF holds the bee even when it flies away.. that's what I wanted.
