Problems upgrading Firmware to 1.3.0 on R5II

Hello! My R5 Mark II won't upgrade from version 1.2.0 to 1.3.0. Both the camera and EOS Utility say that a downgrade isn't possible. Is anyone else having this problem – or even better, does anyone have a solution? Thanks!View attachment 229535
