RF 28-70MM F/2L and RF 70-150mm F/2L

OK. Not trying to get my hopes too high, but who needs a trinity? I prefer the above mentioned Dynamic Duo. While my focus is shifting from 100% portraits to portraits and farm, garden, landscape... this duo can do most anything I need. The only thing missing would be a super tele for the birds.

Anyone else going minimalist with this pair if the RF 70-150mm f/2L materializes?

Anyone else going minimalist with this pair if the RF 70-150mm f/2L materializes?

I’d definitely preorder the lens…but minimalist? No. My current ‘dynamic duo’ of the 24-105/2.8 and 100-300/2.8 is excellent. The combination of the 28-70/2 and a 70-150/2 would replace that for some indoor events.
