RRS B2-mAS clamp compatible with novoflex QPL?

and also the B2-pro clamp: B2-Pro 60mm Screw-knob clamp: http://www.reallyrightstuff.com/Shop/Screw-Knob-Clamps/B2-Pro-60mm-Screw-knob-clamp.html

I mainly use novoflex QPL plates and I have quite a lot of them. Only the first clamp accepts these plates. The second one doesn't clamp them, they are just a tiny bit too small.

Does it accept novoflex QPL? If you have experience, please comment.
