I had a very short period of time in Boston after covering the Flower/Garden/Home show at the World Trade Center. I tried to capture the cold and the time of day while at the same time trying to keep up with my freezing wife and kids!

Having grown up there, that looks like a pleasantly warm winter day to me - no snow, sleet, ice, or even whitecaps in the harbor ;). I hope you had a good visit while getting those nice shots.

Thank's Mack - It was the most exciting trip to Boston in a long time thanks to my camera. I saw the city in a whole new light and it taught me a lot about experimenting.

As for the weather - is was about 18 degrees F. I can't wait to go back with the family when it's warmer.

One question - how many times did you go to The No-Name Restaurant?

I'm glad you had a great time (other than being cold!) and had fun shooting the city. It's definitely much more fun in the summer, and try to take a duck boat tour if you can. I took one last time I visited my family up there and learned a lot I never knew about the city and it was a blast for my niece and nephew. A trip to Fenway is highly recommended as well if you can time it right. There aren't any bad seats in there because it's so small. As for the No-Name Restaurant, I've been there a few times, but I usually try to save up and hit Legal Seafood, which I think is the best, but they sure charge you for the privilege!

One of my favorite cities on the planet! But no trip is complete with a visit to the North End and......(Insert name of your favorite Italian restaurant here).......

I prefer going to Italian restaurant on foot directly to Italy. Takes me 5 min just over the border. ;)

I've been in US once and only in San Francisco (and around there). And I liked that city a lot, too.
