Viewfinder display

The information displayed in the viewfinder like the shutter speed and aperture is cut off at the bottom, for example, the battery level is showing as if the battery is flat but I know the battery is full. Or the bottom of say the number 0 just shows three sides.

Any idea what is happening here?

Check the eyepiece and make sure everything is seated correctly
