What would a 16mm or 18mm F2 FF lens look like?

I LOVE my 20mm 2.8 lens, but man is it showing its age. I still haven't seen the perfect wide prime from Canon, but I'm hoping for a 20mm refresh. If not, I'd buy a 16mm or 18mm in a heartbeat.

I'd definitely consider parting with my 16-35 f/2.8 II in favor of a worthy 18mm f/2. I think it's doable but it will be heavy and expensive.

The other alternative is for a APS-C 12mm or 14mm f/2, but then APS-C is not as good at high-ISO. So you gain a smaller, lighter f/2 lens design but at the cost of high-ISO performance... I guess there's no silver bullet.

It is a cine lens, but covers full frame... will cost a bit over $4000
