The 6D will obviously be better, especially considering 5D Mark ii will be discontinued, and it doesn't have support for latest hardware, such as the 600 EX flash's group features,... etc.

The only question remain is the weather sealing for the 6D, which is still undetermined at this point. The only reason to go for 5D Mark ii would be if 6D is not sealed, and you're considering using it for pro or rugged use.

Agree!
If you can wait for 6D, just wait. Otherwise, you should get 5D2 or 5D3.

5D mk2 or 6D?
pricing should be about the same, and i want to go full frame.

May I ask why you wish to go full frame?

i would like the 1.4 50mm zeise (sp)
would also like a super wide without the fish eye.
EG
this was at 18MM on a hazy day with my 7D
just not wide enough

MagicLantern! One BIG reason for 5D2 to stay for a little while longer ;D

Indeed - or wait until the ml devs at least determine if ml will run on the 6d at all, or you may be in for a big disappointment (like the 7d). Magic Lantern is the one reason to stay w/ Canon for me.

As far it seems to be dependent on the digics amount: 1 digic - works, 2 digics - doesn't work.
