What's up with buying Capture One PRO 12 MacOS

click on BUY, go directly to grayed out screen with spinning disk. NADA. going to SUPPORT, sends me to some outfit called FIRSTSPRING. WTH?????

any of you all have this issue?

FY, and YMMV, at least for me, using Safari failed. Chrome was the workaround (google payoff????). Fully 10 minutes to get the damn thing activated. HTH

Works fine and fast on a PC, also works fine and fast on my iPhone using Safari, support is fine and goes to the right place.

You may have some malware if you are still being redirected to a different site. I avoid using Safai except when I have no choice. I have Firefox, edge, and Chrome installed that get used first.
