Where to get lens calibrated?

I'm not technical to do it myself so I was wondering where can I get my lenses calibrated for a reasonable price? I live in NYC.

Do you mean an autofocus microadjustment for lenses (on a body that offers that feature)? I don't know that anyone offers that as a service, anywhere. The Canon Service Centers can physically calibrate your lenses, though.

As for AFMA, I'd recommend Reikan FoCal software. You just print out the target that comes with the software, tape it to a wall and point some lights at it, set up your camera on a tripod, connect it to your computer, and the software guides you through the alignment process then determines the optimal AFMA value.

A mistake a lot of people make is just getting your lens adjusted. You want it done on your camera, too. Don't do one without the other.

Typically, if a body is off, you will see that you need a signigicant AFMA for all your lenses. but, if only one lens is way out, only that lens needs adjustment and you are wasting money to have the body adjusted, which may then just make all your other lenses need adjustment at $200 per.

It's $200 to get a lens micro-adjusted? herfe i was thinking it would cost around $50
