So I just purchased the 16-35 II and to be completely honest, I was kind of disappointed to learn 16mm isn't as significant a difference from 24mm as I had hoped. As a result, I have been contemplating whether or not I should return it for the 14mm II or keep it and add the 8-15 fisheye. The only downside I see to the 8-15 is that it is only f/4 whereas the 14 is 2.8. Any thoughts/advice? Mind you, in addition to the 16-35 I currently have the Tamron 24-70 and Canon 70-200 IS II, therefore an 8-15 range would fit nicely into my current setup.
Also, I know it's still too early to make an informed decision (as there has really only been one review on the Canon 24-70 II), but could one actually benefit by "upgrading" the Tamron 24-70 with VC to either Canon's version I or II? It would be used in conjunction with my 5D Mark II.
Thanks,
Brandon
