Ironically, the las time this lens was on sale it has me considering the idea of making the aforementioned swap - sell the 35/50mm and just rock the 40mm. But then I started looking into the RF 50mm again and pulled the trigger on a great deal. Now I don't know why I waited so long to make this purchase. The RF 50mm f/1.2L is thoroughly brilliant and I don't miss the Sigma 50mm on the adaptor at all.
