I hear this year its around 50/50 for Canon/Nikon atleast as far as its possible to say looking at white/black lenses ratio.

the only thing that makes me wonder and sad at the same time is “why are those lenses in this room and not out in the field?
These are CPS replacement lens. For Canon Pro Shooter member, if they have any issue with their lens or want to rent a special lens for a day or 2, they can go to there and have their fix :P
Pretty women are a dime a dozen, especially on the Internet, but that many long prime lenses in one place are rare.

Only stupid pro photog would not have back-up, no matter is he shoots Canon, Nikon or Granny-Smith Cam. You never know what’s going to fail at you. Murphy works irrelevant of brand :)

I didn’t even notice Lisa until I read the description. Even in a red coat my eyes were instantly drawn to the white :D Pants seem a little tight now.
Has anyone looked on Lisa’s page and noticed anything about that first video??? Check out her caption under the first video that states “Shot with a Canon 5DMKII, 35mm f/1.2, & Micro LED Lightpanel”… There isn’t a 35mm f/1.2 Canon lens is there??? Interesting???
Canon is dishing out 1d MK IV’s and 70-200 2.8 IS II’s to all the photographers.
A photographer let me hold the new 70-200 and have a go for a few seconds the other day with the mkIV set to rapid fire ;]

I guess the pic was taken a day or two before the action started. Right now, most of these lenses are probably rented out to the pros.

Murphy’s law is something to take into account. But some new Photographers and old also just do not have the money to buy 2 800L lenses.. or multiple types of different lenses,
it just a good service.
I didn’t say anything about service. I was just reacting to nonsense about “only Canon needs backup lens.”
