Sigma 70-300 f/4-5.6 APO OS Macro
The new Sigma lens would replaced the 70-300 f/4.5.6 APO Macro with a stabilized version.

The only rumor I have received about Sigma comes in the form of an 85 f/1.4 being announced. It's an older rumor.

I’m all for a Sigma 85 1.4.

It’s 1.6 crop, no camera has 1.45 crop I know of unless the Nikon or Pentax 1.5 is not quite 1.5.
In regards to the megapixel arguments, it all comes out in post. If you can’t compose a photo technically and edit beautifuly in post, it doesn’t matter whether you have a DSLR or a point n shoot, your photos will look like crap, whether you have 8mp or 18. That’s the bottom line “photographers”.
well it have an HSm or some thing like that ?
because if it doesn’t then that will greatly reduce its use.
