Nice! I've been using the solution offered by ProMediaGear for a couple of years now: https://promediagear.com/collections/manfrotto-arca-hybrid-lens-plates

As far as I know they were the only ones offering such an adapter. I find it a quite convenient solution. And now there is some more choice
