5D Mark III versus the Mark II

For those that have received their Mark III (this includes you Craig), how does the camera compare to the Mark II? Is it a significant improvement?

I am considering upgrading and trying to figure out if it is worth spending $1,500 to do so.

Please only folks that have the camera -- I know the specs difference, but very interested in learning more from the folks that have used both.

Yes! Someone setup a controlled sample between the two cameras. I want to see 1600, 3200, and 6400 out of both cameras in a controlled environment.
