6D max shutter speed, 1/4000 or 8000 ???

so all rumor site shown this 6D with 1/8000 shutter speed, but official Canon website says 1/4000

this could be a deal breaker for somebody, but the D600 offer the same, i would be surprise with 1/4000.

also this image also shown 1/4000, usually product pic like this shown the maximum capability? like max battery levle, Wifi on, GPS on, highest ISO, etc.

It's 1/4000 for sure, I have checked Canon China, Canon Japan and Canon US all of them say 1/4000.
BTW, I love golf gti ;D

Yeah, the rumor also said that the screen is 3.2" but it turned out to be only 3.0" :-\

They have to give people some important distinctions between this and the 5d3, and this is one of them.
