Do NOT buy CR Premium. Many of us have it and we still get ads. It's beyond frustrating. I was actually coming to make another post because there has been no information about the ads being removed. Zero. I feel like they were gone shortly and then they came back....even worse. There's tons of ads. Video after video, things just popping up all over the place.
They probably are not doing premium because there would just be more people upset.
Also, for us that purchased the ad-free experience were supposed to get small deals/gifts - NEVER HAPPENED. One of the admins said the deals fell through. Then possibly working on another one but yet to have seen anything.
The admins get mad/cocky when we bring this up, which is ridiculous. Everyone's money should be refunded if they can't provide what was promised. So now they got the money from us directly and are making money from a bunch of ads. I obviously am not going to support the site by purchasing anything through referral links.
There's never been an apology. Just "we're working on it", which was months ago. Plus a bit of passive aggressive remarks. Again, it's our fault for expecting to get what we paid for.
I'd be happy to get my money back and then have nothing to complain about. Just post was made over a month ago and no replies from the higher ups. I'm surprised it hasn't been deleted yet, like similar posts.
