AEB in 7DII not selectable

When I go to the Shoot 2 menu ((Expo. Comp./AEB) in my new 7DII, the AEB scale is grayed out and can't be selected. EC is selectable and working as expected. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Are you using flash?

AEB cannot be used with flash, bulb exposures, or when Multi Shot Noise Reduction or HDR Mode is set.

Might I suggest going to Canon's website and downloading the manual.

Yes, I had inadvertently left HDR enabled and forgot about it. If the Continuous HDR is selected under HDR, HDR stays Enabled even after the camera is switched off. I was not aware of that. It is working as expected now that HDR is Disabled. Thanks for the replies.
