Am I the only one who has overloked this Tamron lens?

Thought the current Tamron Makro had the old black styling with blue ring,
but on the Tamron page they present this

You missed the last two generations of Tamron 90mm Macro.

They are going for a standard look for their newest lenses, eg, the 35 f/1.8, 45 f/1.8, 85 f/1.8, and now the macro 90 f/2.8. This is likely to be a darn good lens - though most macro lenses are pretty good.

For macro use, you can't go wrong with any of the Macro lenses. IS can make hand holding them easier, but at 1:1, some sort of support is needed, even if its just bracing yourself well.
