Very nice shots! To me, it's one of the few times that out of focus branches enhance the images.

IMO: the third, the trees in the background are more interesting than the blue sky of the first. The white contour of the bird separates it from the trees. The branches in the second picture ‘touch’ the falcon and distract my view from the falcon.

I prefer the first one: the bird grabs my eyes and keeps them. On the last one my eyes are jumping between the bird and the messy background.

Good day for the owls today, got my first Great Horned Owl BIFs!
I watched what appeared to be an adult teaching a juvenile to hunt.
They were pretty far off, and I was across a river, so couldn't get any closer (hence the mega-crop!).
